In the mining region of Geita, thousands of children work instead of going to school. Our program “Children out of the mines, on the path to school” identifies the most vulnerable children, provides them with full scholarships covering all hidden education costs, and supports their families with sustainable income-generating activities.
By acting on access to education, quality of learning, and household economic stability, we break the cycle of poverty and pave the way for a safer and more equitable future.
